Installing new Teams on a Windows Server

1. Download VCLibs from Microsoft:

https://aka.ms/Microsoft.VCLibs.x64.14.00.Desktop.appx

2. In an elevated PS, navigate to the folder with the vclibs and install using

Add-AppPackage -path .\Microsoft.VCLibs.x64.14.00.Desktop.appx

3. Go into Developer settings and enable Sideload Apps (Under Settings -> Developer settings and select "Sideload Apps" radio button)

4. You should be able to install the new teams package with:

Add-AppPackage -Path .\MSTeams-x64.msix
